    • Designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the basics of nutrition and its impact on overall health. Whether you're a beginner seeking to adopt a healthier lifestyle or looking to refresh your knowledge, this program covers all the essentials.

    • Check-in Sessions: Three 60 minute follow-up appointments (1x per month)

    • Email Support: Weekly email check-ins to be completed by Sunday evening of every week. Limited email support for brief questions or clarifications related to the recommendations.

    • Perfect for individuals who have a solid understanding of the basics and are ready to take their nutrition knowledge to the next level. This program dives deeper into the science behind nutrition and empowers you to make educated choices for performance. This program is great for an athlete training for a race, struggling with under fueling, or the active individual looking for extra guidance.

    • Check-in Sessions: 6x 45 minute follow up appointments (2x per month)

    • Support: Ongoing email and phone support to address questions, concerns, and provide motivation throughout the coaching period. Includes weekly food journal review.

    • Comprehensive program designed for elite athletes, or those battling RED-S, eating disorders, chronic conditions, or gastrointestinal distress. This program provides in-depth expertise in the field of nutrition. This program covers advanced topics and evidence-based practices to optimize health and performance.

    • Check-in Sessions: 12x30 minute follow-up appointments (weekly).

    • Ongoing Support: Access to the dietitian via a dedicated phone line or messaging platform for immediate support and guidance.

    • Collaboration: Coordination and collaboration with the client's healthcare team to ensure an integrated approach to their overall well-being.
