Who is grace?
What is grit?

Grace is a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, Run Coach, and ATHLETE. Through her passion for performance nutrition, GracesGrit emerged.

Grit is the resilience that helps you keep showing up for yourself. It guides you toward nourishing your body and creating supportive routines. It’s the foundation of sustainable progress.
