  • Our remote coaching and marathon training services are tailored to athletes of all levels who are preparing for long-distance races, from 5Ks to ultramarathons. Receive personalized training plans based on your specific goals, fitness level, and race schedule, along with ongoing support and adjustments to optimize your performance. This service includes expert guidance on nutrition, hydration, and recovery strategies to help you train smarter, avoid injury, and perform your best on race day.

Grace is a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, Run Coach, and ATHLETE. Through her passion for performance nutrition, GracesGrit emerged.

Grit is what drives you forward. It’s the force that pushes you through challenging workouts and keeps you committed to fueling your body properly. Grit is the foundation of progress, discipline, and success. Grit is everything.

  • Yes, we offer in-person personal training and speed and agility sessions located in the Columbus, OH area. We also travel throughout the Ohio area for seminars and team talks.. 

  • We do not take insurance plans at GracesGrit, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards and we do have payment plans available.

  • We accept payment through credit card, cash or check.

  • If you work out on a daily basis, we consider you an athlete! But yes, we work with the general population, recreational athletes, elite athletes, and everyone in between.
